Review before you purchase
Review your own website preview, contact details, services and service areas before paying. Starter provides the one-page template layout shown in your preview, populated with your business details. Screen size, fonts and final hosting can cause minor display differences. Illustrative images are design assets, not photographs of your completed work.
Hosting and a default website address are included. Business details can be edited in the customer centre. Bespoke layouts, project galleries, ecommerce and search-ranking guarantees are not included. Domain registration and renewal are separate; automated domain connection is not yet available.
Monthly subscription
The checkout shows the price, currency and applicable tax before payment. The first month is charged when you purchase, and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Checkout is currently in test mode; real charging is not enabled.
Cancellation and expiry
You can cancel future renewals in the customer centre, with no long-term commitment. Your website remains available until the paid period ends. After expiry it displays an unavailable page; cancellation does not immediately delete the website resource or order record. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund previous payments.
First-month refunds
Once website publication or hosting services have started, we do not offer first-month refunds solely because you change your mind. Please review the preview and included features before purchasing.
This policy does not exclude or limit rights under applicable law, including any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights. If the service is not delivered, materially differs from the agreed scope or has a significant problem, contact us so we can investigate and provide a correction, refund or other remedy as required. A preview confirmation does not waive these rights.
If you cancel before services begin, contact us to request review of any payment. Where applicable law requires a separate consent for immediate service or a withdrawal process, those requirements must also be met; this checkbox alone does not waive such rights.
